The discontinued All-City Thunderdome frameset paired with a Whisky carbon fork and Chris King headset holds strong resale value in NYC track bike culture. Minor surface scuffs reduce value slightly from mint baseline, but the premium headset and fork keep market value right around $600. The asking price of $589 is fair for a complete frameset setup. Stock All-City Thunderdome framesets typically trade around $450 to $500 in secondary markets, but NYC track bike demand commands a premium. Upgrading to a Chris King headset and Whisky fork adds verifiable value over stock setups while accounting for minor cosmetic scuffs. The evaluated $600 market value reflects these specific components accurately and aligns with local market strength.
