paint chips and scuffs on frame and stay A vintage 1980s Italian Columbus steel Bianchi Pista frameset with Campagnolo headset typically sells for around 800 USD in the NYC track bike market. Deductions are applied for visible paint flaking and chipping near the rear dropouts and chainstay. At an asking price of 1999 USD, this frame and fork listing is significantly above fair market value. National listings for 1980s steel Bianchi Pista track bikes in good condition average $750 on secondary channels like Dialed Cycling Lab and eBay. A 15% NYC regional markup elevates local market value to $875 due to high metropolitan demand for classic fixies.
