The Kryptonite New York Legend Chain with 15mm links typically retails for around $160-$180 new and commands strong resale value in New York City due to high demand for heavy-duty bike security. Showing minor wear on the fabric sleeve and padlock exterior, the lock remains fully functional with both sets of keys. At $90, this listing represents a solid deal below typical local market value. Local NYC Craigslist listings for heavy-duty Kryptonite New York chains average $90 to $120 depending on exact chain length and padlock model. Factoring in the premium NYC resale market for high-security 15mm locks and the clean condition with two keys, $110 represents fair market value, making the $90 asking price a great deal.
