Light scratch on fork A Specialized Tarmac SL7 10R frameset with stem, seatpost, and bottom bracket typically commands around $1,650 in the local NYC market. Factoring in minor cosmetic fork scratching and 2,000 miles of wear, a fair value lands around $1,600. Listed at $1,300, this frameset offers strong value for a modern disc road build. Recent secondary market transactions for non-S-Works Tarmac SL7 10r carbon framesets generally range from $1,400 to $1,800 nationally depending on included cockpit hardware. Applying a local NYC market demand bump and accounting for minor cosmetic wear on the fork supports an appraised resale value of $1,600.
