Cosmetic scuffing on lower drops ENVE carbon compact handlebars retail near $400 new. Minor cosmetic scuffing on the drop ends reduces market value slightly down to $220 in the local NYC market. Asking $250 is reasonable for a premium carbon bar in solid usable shape. National sales for pre-owned ENVE carbon road drop bars in good shape average around $190 on secondary platforms like eBay and Pinkbike. Applying a 15% NYC regional adjustment for high local demand brings the estimated value to $220 with no visible structural defects noted.
