Budget carbon bullhorn bars from RXL SL retail for around $40 new and typically fetch $35 on the NYC secondhand market. Listed at $30 with wrapped ends and no visible cracks, this set is fairly priced for a fixed-gear or urban commuter setup. Used RXL SL carbon bullhorn handlebars consistently sell between $20 and $30 nationally in good condition against a $45 to $55 new retail price. A slight upward adjustment to $35 accounts for elevated NYC market demand among track and fixed-gear urban cyclists.
