A custom Guru steel frameset with ENVE carbon fork and carbon wheelset carries a baseline market value around $750 in NYC even as an incomplete build. Because it lacks a drivetrain and cockpit, assembly cost is required to make it rideable, but the standalone frame, ENVE fork, and Farsport carbon wheels exceed the $400 asking price. At this price point, it represents exceptional value for a buyer looking to complete a high-end build. Stock Guru steel road frames or complete vintage builds sell for $250 to $500 nationally, while complete boutique steel road bikes average $650 in the NYC local market. Factoring in the premium ENVE carbon fork ($150-$200 used value) and Farsport carbon wheelset ($250-$300 used value) mounted to this custom frameset reconciles perfectly with the earlier $750 target valuation in NYC. No visible frame defects or structural wear were identified on the components.
