"For sale is a nice Trek 4000 mountain bike in great condition, good to go as-is or perfect for your ATB build. This thing is a ripper!!! Can go straight from the street to the the trail and everywhere in between. Brakes and shifts well and eats up any obstacle with the nice fat tires it has currently on its 26” wheels. Just had a refresher including new tubes and a brand new seat. I don’t know the size but I’m 5’9” and it fits great with lots of room for adjustment for someone from maybe 5’6” to well over 6’. The modern threadless stem makes swapping cockpit components a breeze compared to more vintage bikes. Solid aluminum frame and steel fork with some blemishes but no dents or significant damage- right in the sweet spot of being a sick ride that you can also lock up outside the bar or bodega.
