Custom DIY novelty paint and sticker application Trimmed handlebars and grips A Crew District alloy track frameset retails around $200, with complete entry-level single-speed builds typically selling between $280 and $350 in NYC. Novelty M&M theme paint and modified handlebars narrow buyer appeal rather than adding value. At $650, this listing is priced well above fair market value. National used listings for complete Crew District track builds in good condition average $200 to $225. Applying a 15% NYC urban commuter premium brings fair value to $260, with no visible component wear or necessary repairs requiring deductions.

"Dual-color bike, custom painted. I was building this bike for me, however I have decided to stop customizing it, as other more challenging bike projects are coming and storage space is limited. On the street this bike brings attention and makes everyone smile, no problem to meet new people when you ride it. Few more details about it: - Frame - alloy, Crew District, size - medium (I guess...) current seat settings allow me for comfortable ride, and I'm 5' 6" tall. - Fork - carbon fiber, option to install front brake. - New parts: bottom bracket bearings, chainring, chain (Shimano CN-HG40). - Seat and seat post not included - seat post come from my other bike, so it must stay with me, and seat in my opinion is not comfortable (Fizik). Whatever, I will give it to you, if you want. - Front wheel and back wheel bearing - perfect condition. - Tires:700x23 (front), 700 x 28 (back), almost new condition - Handle bar - trimmed, so it is very comfortable to ride in traffic between cars. Grips are trimmed, too, but I can add full size grips. - Gear ratio - not build for speed, easy to climb Manhattan bridge. - I can throw some extra M&M stickers I have left, if you want - Stickers are placed under clear coat to protect them. - I will give you info about paint used for the frame (red, yellow, clear coat), so you can customize more parts on it with exacly the same colors Bike is in use for commuting / pleasure purposes, I took it to Manhattan's M&Ms store, (over Manhattan bridge) no problem, and people gave me very positive feedback and tons of smiles! Currently installed gear with ratchet (single speed) and rear brake only, there is a place to install fixie gear on the other side of rear wheel hub. In case you decide to install fixie gear larger, than the one on the ratchet, bike has preserved extra chain length. Now - you can have this bike and continue customization - add some extra stickers, replace tires with yellow and red ones, paint wheels, etc, totally up to your imagination. Pick up location - 10 Ave, 45 St, Brooklyn, near D train station Fort Hamilton. Payment - cash. Test ride with cash in my hand. If you see this ad - bicycle is available."
