A new Thomson Elite X4 stem retails around $115, and clean used silver examples typically command $70 to $80 in the NYC secondhand market. This unit appears in excellent like-new condition with the original drawstring bag included. With no structural or cosmetic flaws present, the asking price aligns closely with current market value. Recent secondary market sales for clean used Thomson Elite X4 stems range from $60 to $80 on eBay and Pinkbike, with an additional premium for inclusion of the original cloth bag. Adjusting for the higher demand in the NYC urban commuting and track bike market confirms a like-new fair market value of $75.
