Baseline resale market value for a carbon Kestrel Talon equipped with Shimano 105 drivetrain components in the New York area is approximately 650. Visible cosmetic wear on the shifter lever faces is typical for age and does not impair operation. At 600, this complete carbon setup offers a compelling entry point for local road riding. National marketplace listings on eBay and Pinkbike for a Kestrel Talon road bike in good condition average $700. Applying a 15% NYC urban demand adjustment brings fair value to $800. No specific component wear or structural defects are noted in the good condition rating, so no repair deductions were applied.
