Shimano Ultegra R8000 2x11 Groupset

Should you drift it

Scratched rear derailleur body Scuffed front derailleur cage Mixed brake set (one 6800 caliper) A complete Shimano Ultegra R8000 rim-brake groupset typically sells for around $500-$550 in excellent condition within the NYC market. Visible scrapes on the rear derailleur knuckle and front derailleur cage along with a non-matching 6800 rear brake caliper reduce the set value by about $70. The adjusted market value comes out to $450, making the $530 asking price somewhat high. Stock mechanical Shimano Ultegra R8000 rim-brake groupsets in clean used condition trade between $400 and $450 nationally, with secondary marketplace comps in dense regional hubs like NYC fetching up to $500. Reconciling the previous assessment against these current secondary listings validates the baseline $450 fair value for this mixed set, keeping the $530 ask above market.
