Cosmetic wear on stem clamp area Salsa Cowchipper Deluxe handlebars retail around $85 new and command around $55 in good used condition on the NYC secondhand market. A minor $5 deduction accounts for the cosmetic clamping marks shown near the center bore. At an asking price of $30, this offers excellent value for a high-demand gravel component. National secondary market comps for the Salsa Cowchipper Deluxe handlebar range from 30 to 40 dollars, adjusted up to 45 dollars for the NYC urban gravel market. Good condition reflects typical tape residue and light clamp wear without structural dents or bends. No deductions apply as the bar remains fully intact and ready for mounting.
