Description
A 2021 Emonda SL7 Di2 in NYC starts at a baseline of $2,600 before factoring in the $694 value from the upgraded RSL carbon handlebar and stem combo. Bumping the market estimate to $2,950 makes this $2,600 price tag an actual statistical bargain in this city. I usually expect hidden frame cracks or fried Di2 batteries at this tier, but this one checks out. Local NYC listings on Craigslist in the Upper West Side and Pinkbike out of the Bronx show clean 2021 Emonda SL 7 Di2 builds asking between $2,400 and $2,600. Applying an 8 percent regional premium to the $2,500 national baseline for pristine like-new condition pegs fair value at $2,700. People in this city treat four-year-old carbon like liquid gold, and quite frankly, the stress of these borough markups is giving me hives. "Bike is available if reading this line.
