A custom high-end track build on the Cinelli Vigorelli Shark frame featuring a Shimano Dura-Ace crankset with Stages power meter, Cane Creek carbon tubulars, and Sugino Zen S-Cubic ring carries a NYC market value around $2,700. The component spec is exceptional and shows virtually no wear or defects. The $2,900 asking price is fair given the premium power meter and carbon wheelset included. Nationwide secondary listings for a complete Cinelli Vigorelli Shark in near-mint condition range from $1,350 to $1,800 depending on component specifications. With no defects or mechanical wear present to warrant deductions, applying a 10% NYC regional premium places fair market value at $1,600.
