Should you drift it
The Park Tool AWS-10 retails for around $14 to $16 new, with used models typically selling for around $10. Given its good visual condition with no missing keys or major wear, the $8 asking price represents a slight discount under fair market value. A search of secondary listings shows standard used Park Tool AWS-10 sets typically fetching around $6 to $8 nationally, while retail pricing hovers around $13 to $15 new. Adjusting for the localized NYC bicycle tool market where used gear commands a slight premium, the evaluated $10 valuation aligns with fair market value for a complete, undamaged set in good condition.
