Vintage Shimano XTR M950 components in clean working condition command a strong premium among retro mountain bike restorers. Incorporating the 175mm crankset, dual shifter/lever combos, V-brakes, and derailleurs, the complete set carries a combined fair market value of $550. The asking price matches expected NYC market value for a complete retro groupset in this condition. National eBay comps for complete M950 groupsets in good condition hover around $550. Adjusting upward by 15% reflects New York City's active retro bike market and elevated demand for vintage drivetrain components.
