Vintage Japanese chromoly road bikes in clean, fully serviced condition command around $350 in the NYC urban market. With fresh bar tape and no visible rust, frame dents, or mechanical defects requiring repairs, no deductions apply. At $460, this listing is priced above typical market value. Stock 1981 Fuji S12-S road bikes typically list between $150 and $200 in national secondary markets, while fully serviced models in the NYC urban market command around $350. Because the prior valuation already accurately incorporated the regional NYC market premium alongside the clean condition of the stock Suntour drivetrain, no further adjustments are needed.
