non-original replacement fork missing headset NYC track bike interest establishes a baseline around $750 for complete Mash Histogram framesets. Replacing the original fork and missing the headset accounts for $150 in deductions, yielding an adjusted market value of $600. Asking $700 is fair for an otherwise unridden frame in rare condition. National completed listings for complete Cinelli Mash Histogram builds in good condition range from $1,120 to $1,500 depending on component specifications. Applying a 15% New York City urban market premium elevates the fair value for a complete bike with typical minor cosmetic scuffs and no structural frame defects. Deductions are limited to standard minor tune-up wear as no major component repairs are required.
